Amari Tankard is a fourth year graduate student in the Department of Molecular Biology. A New York City native, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Columbia University. Prior to graduate school, she worked as a research associate at Kadmon Corporation, LLC, where she focused on structure based drug design. She focuses on using cryo-EM to investigate the establishment of asymmetrical polarity across the membrane.
